I've been a personal trainer since 2008 and have been working at virgin active since Jan 2015
Since I qualified as a sports massage therapist in 2010 I've massaged many people privay as well as at sporting events such as the cape epic mountain bike race and the two oceans marathon .
I'm a peoples person and can talk to just about anyone !!

About Me
I'm a people's person , friendly and get along with virtually anybody. I love watching movies and series . I don't drink often and am a non-smoker. I love training in the gym and would love to be able to try new outdoor activities. I like many different types of music . I love animals . I also love travelling and meeting great new people
