About Me
I am a vegetarian (nearly vegan), love the outdoors, I am hard working, and love to work in the garden. I meditate and do yoga as often as I can. I don't watch TV. I am on a journey to find myself and improve myself every day. I strive to BE the change I want to see in the world. I have been called "Pollyanna" and it describes me well. I try to find the good in all situations and try to find solutions rather than focusing on the negative. I play acoustic guitar and ukelele and sing covers and originals. I am certified in yoga and in "running bars" (it's like reflexology for your head), love to cycle and hike. I grew up camping and still love it. I love any water activities, especially waterskiing and kayaking.
