Host overview

The primary role of Hope Reception Centre is to advocate for children and promote integrity and good morals. We also work to promote human rights and campaign to put a stop to harmful and unlawful practices that are present in the community. In 2003, we registered as a community based organization in Kabale District, Uganda. We wish to empower local children with the ability to lead self-sustainable and enjoyable lives. Our targets included schools, women groups, street children and youth. By advocating for child rights, providing counseling when appropriate, and doing local social work, we hope to better the community we live in and see change in lives of children.
