BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING, ZEUX

October  – December 2018

·       Secured several partnerships for the company, going on to maintain beneficial relationships with them, including rewarding marketing and investment deals.

·       Oversaw a core part of Zeux’s social media campaign, managing their channels on Twitter, , Instagram and sending regular e-mail updates via Mailchimp. With my campaign the Zeux community has grown significantly.

·       Content writer responsible for creating and publishing articles on the company and personal finances, as well as writing press releases.

 

 

 

TEACHER, OXFORD ROYALE ACADEMY

June – August 2018

·       Taught lessons to students from over 100 different countries with a high academic success rate across politics, international relations, economics and public speaking.

·       Created and ran business challenges, chaired debates, and graded presentations.

·       Saw astonishing progress from students, with excellent scores in their end-of-term assessments across the board, and ensured students were deeply familiar with the material by the time they left.

·       Involved with client-facing engagements, the creation and presentation of ideas and slide packs to colleagues, reducing cost to serve, and designing customer journeys.

VOLUNTEER & MARKETER, CARE4CALAIS

November 2018 – Present

·       I assist Care4Calais, a refugee charity, in their efforts to improve the situation in France.

·       I also write copy, articles, and design marketing strategies for them to optimize their public outreach and social impact.

2012 – 2014

·       Spent 2 years weekly as a leader at a local Cub Scout group, teaching them and helping their personal and practical development.

MPHIL CLASSICS, UNIVERSITY OF CAMBRIDGE

September 2017 – June 2018

·       Averaged score of 71 (High Pass) across 3 essays and thesis with focuses on imperialism, identity, postcolonial literature and satire.

·       Branched out from ‘conventional’ classical focus on just Greek and Latin, also engaging with important cultural theory, poststructuralism and identity politics.
