Responsibilities: Deliver an ultimate fine dining experience to a distinguished group of cliene. Extensive knowledge of food and wine pairing is imperative.

July 2014 - July 2015, Browns Social House Stonebridge, Saskatoon SK
Responsibilities: As a host-tender, I had to balance two positions within the front-of-house. I first greeted customers upon arrival and made them feel welcomed and comfortable. I continued to foster a pleasant experience by providing attentive service behind the bar.
 
Reason for leaving: Moved back to Kingston, ON

August 2013- February 2014, Rock Creek Tap and Grill, Saskatoon, SK
Responsibilities: As a server I greeted people and sat them while letting them know about our specials going on for that particular day. Provided detailed information of various menu items. Ensured accuracy and quality of ever order I served. Worked in a very fast pace environment while also working as a part of a team. Cleaned the restaurants premise before and after my shifts along with all my assigned duties each shift.
Reason for leaving: School load increased

October 2012 – July 2013 - Bootleggers Sports and Karaoke Bar, Calgary, AB
Responsibilities: Promoted from server to bartender after only a short period of time. Able to perform in a fast paced environment. Demonstrated ability to converse clearly and proficiently with customers at the bar and also with my coworkers.
Reason for leaving: Moved to Saskatoon, SK

January 2009 – June 2012 – Fanatics Sports Lounge, Kingston, ON 
Responsibilities: Promoted through four positions over the course of two years due to my hard work ethic. Built a strong relationship based on loyalty and trust with the owners which resulted in a management position. Ensured a safe and healthy environment for both employees and customers which generated a positive and fun atmosphere. Developed and implemented successful new promotions and events within the restaurant and bar that generated both revenue and repeat customers.

September 2012 – July 2013 – Calgary Metal Recycling, Calgary, AB
Responsibilities: As a scale house operator I worked the customer service desk and dealt first hand with all the customers. Writing customers paperwork and bills of lading. Setting up appointments, calling clients and acquiring customers. Calling trucking companies, and arranging metal to be picked up and shipped worldwide. Purchasing ferrous and non-ferrous materials. 

Reason for leaving: Moved to Saskatoon, SK

May 2009 – July 2009 - A&M Reforestation, Elliot Lake, Ontario
Responsibilities: Planted trees in extreme weather conditions. Performed rigorous work and lived in a bush camp. Assisted the forest company in upholding their reforestation liabilities and ensured block specific densities and species selection were correct.
Reason for leaving: It was a seasonal position.

2009 – 2009 – Ministry of Natural Resources, Glenora Fisheries, Ontario
Responsibilities: I was trained in Marine CPR and MedA3. Set different types of nets in different locations all over Lake Ontario to collect data entry. Helped with data sampling of the different species of fish we caught each week. Also was responsible to drive the company vehicle around with the boat and trailer attached to particular sites we were going to that day.
Reason for leaving: It was a seasonal position.

2008 – Montanas Cookhouse, Kingston, Ontario
Responsibilities: As a hostess I greeted everyone as they entered the building. I sat them and explained to them any feature menu items and the specials that particular day. Also busing the tables and re setting them after each customer had left. As an expeditor I would garnish all the food before it was sent to the table. As well I would have to check every plate and that it was plated according before it left for a table.
Reason for leaving: Moved away to college in Lindsay, ON

2005 – 2008 IGA Grocery Store, Amherstview, Ontario
Responsibilities: As a customer service attendant and cashier I showed hard work and dedication which landed me the position of key holder for all the cashiers. I supervised store front cashiers. I made all the change orders for each till, also counting the safe and dealing with brinks once a week as well.
