I get the job done. If I don't know exactly how to go about it, I will ask questions until I can find the answer. I have many labor and management positions throughout Alaska mostly revolving around heavy equipment. I am very good with my hands and have a very creative personality. I worked at a Gold Mine for 4 years as Plant Manager, Operator, Geologist, Chef, did it all. This roughneck "get it done" attitude also transfers into the office. I'm currently working in the IT world, managing a implementation of new hardware and software in one of the top 50 earners in Alaska, creating and leading a cultural change in the company. My formal education and degree from CU Boulder has helped me to be able to manage at such a level. Creating a level of diversity that transcends from field to office.

Plethora of experience in the heavy equipment rental business over the years. Great cross branch operations experience alongside operator experience and training.
Training and receiving my Private Pilot Certificate gave me deeper lessons into multi tasking and systems management.
Well traveled with a great comprehension of the international business environment. Multiple environments and lessons learned on Semester at Sea 2013 ( Global Study Abroad Experience ). Asia and Japan in 2014, Argentina and Chile in 2015.
