My skills
previously worked as an Academic Counselor and Adoption support therapist. I also just obtained my Yoga teaching Certificate and have a passion for helping others whether its through counseling, fitness, yoga postures and deep breathing techniques, or nutrition. I'm very much into the mind, body, and spiritual health that comes along with yoga! I'm a lover of nature and animals, social, and a team player.

8 years as an Academic Counselor for a college, worked as a waitress and in customer service positions for 8 years prior to that. I have my masters in Counseling, Marriage, Family, Child Therapy. I worked for over a year as a therapist to children and their families who were pre or post adoption and the issues they experienced. I also have my yoga teaching certificate through yoga alliance and can assist with yoga postures or yoga flows in general.
About Me
I am looking to experience different cultures and give back. I am looking for free too and board in exchange for my services, with the occasional meal or drink would be much appreciated. Trying to save money so that I can experience the world longer
