My skills
I have great customer service skills as i have been an manager for a b2b IT company over the past 2 years. The role is to look after the customer and keep them consuming services from the company. This has given me a good understanding of customer service as it is all about keeping the customer happy.
I also have experience working behind bars and at events in hospitality. I have also worked back of house as a porter and potwash.
I'm a keen cyclist (particularly BMX) so I have skills in repairing bicycles.
I have worked at an artificial Ski slope setting up Skis/Snowboards for customers and maintaining Skis/Snowboards.

July 2015- June 2016: Exactive. Manager
I am responsible for managing 10-15 existing s with varying spend levels, across a variety of sectors. A key part of the role is to identify products in the range which would be suitable for the customer in order to grow each customer’s spend. This is done by keeping with them regularly via , e and face to face meetings. Also responsible for providing a high level of customer service, resolving any customer issues to build a strong, trust-based, long lasting relationship with the customer.
July 2014-June 2015: Exactive. Internal Sales Executive
Working in the IT and ecoms industry, I was responsible for sales administration, including creating quotes and contracts, to ensure a high level of customer service was maintained at all times. A key part of the role was to liaise with existing customers and suppliers in order to process orders. I was also responsible for lead generation, making outbound calls to prospects in order to book an introductory meeting with a member of the field sales team.
Sept 2013- June 2014: The Jolly Brewmaster. Bar Staff.
During my time at University, I worked as a barman responsible for serving drinks, handling cash, changing barrels and stock rotation whilst delivering a high standard of customer service. I was also responsible for recommending ciders and ales to customers. I was also responsible for closing and locking the pub at the end of the night.
June 2011: BSP Media, Commercial esales.
I was responsible for cold calling leads for this global business to business aviation magazine. This involved making international calls to marketing decision makers to understand their advertising plans over the second half of the year.
June 2012: Henley Festival & Regatta. Bar Staff and Waiter.
I worked in the VIP area of the Roux Restaurant during the Festival. I was responsible for serving the champagne reception and serving customers drinks throughout the night, maintaining a high quality of customer service during busy periods.
2009- 2013: Ski Technician, John Nike Leisure Centre.
I was responsible for safely setting up customer’s skis and snowboards. I also had responsibility for maintaining and building skis to a safe standard for use on the slope. I was responsible for safely organising regular “sno-tubing” parties. I also worked as part of a team to safely and efficiently operate the toboggan run.

I was responsible for opening the Bar for the day, serving drinks and snacks, counting the float into the till, and cash reconciliation at the end of a shift.
