 Maintained clear communication between all members of the team, preparing orders for drivers and labeling food packages for till operators.  Managed food and drink orders recording it on the relevant restaurant systems and sending it through to the chef.  Cleaned service area thoroughly and regularly for customers and set out dishes each night to be reused the next day.  Covered oven duty over the course of shift carefully ensuring the correct temperature to heat the food and carefully administered the contents into packaging.  Organized drivers each shift to deliver to different es within our postal code areas.  Prepared the washing, slicing, dicing and marinating of vegetables and other ingredients for consumers.  Answered multiple calls and dealt with successful cash transactions.

 Washed, cut and mixed various foods for the head chef as he prepared the main courses of the day.  Completed stock check of café inventory each morning and evening.  Cleaned establishment daily and assisted with opening and locking of the café.  Labeled ingredients and organized shelves in order for the team to find items efficiently.  Displayed new food and disposed carefully of old food at different times within the shift.  Managed the dish washing duties including maintenance of the machine and allocation of essential stock.
