Professional history:
Currently I work in Yanbal of Colombia leading in the area of Training and Development of Human Resources Management Operations, where I could play the role for 6 years. Years earlier, when I was studying my career I had the opportunity to work in a family restaurant where I had the opportunity to be the administrator of it and be charged with the responsibility of teams of 20 people, meet the projects established at the level of sales, management suppliers, among others.
In the experience I've had so far as organizational psychologist I have known a of processes forming a management of human talent, acquiring skills as mentioned in the professional summary to what has led me to be the leader of a process as it is training and development.

Yanbal of Colombia - (03/11/2011 - to date) - Multinational company in the manufacturing sector that sells beauty products as are its 4 major categories (fragrances, cosmetics, personal care and bijouterie). Its headquarters is located in Lima (Peru) and Colombia it is one of the largest countries in the corporation because of its sale and production.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implementation of the annual training plan for the entire operation where a of 1200 employees are involved.
- Management training budget.
- Analysis and evaluation of suppliers.
- Project leader internal knowledge management in the Organization.
- Design, implement and monitor all development plans of employees of industrial
operations of the company.
- Design, implementation and monitoring of training plans for all levels of the organization.
- Design and monitoring of induction and re-induction plan for all staff of the company.
- Implementation of programs for generating organizational culture.
- Implementation of projects of technical personnel training, experiential learning where
the operators theorizes.
- Administrator of the educational platform of the company.

Main achievements:
- Support in structuring the human resources area in an office with 600 employees.
- Process without nonconformities in multiple audits of Integrated Management System
where currently the company is certified by BASC, ISO, INVIMA and BPM.
- Achieve consolidate a curriculum to implement their own educational platform company.
- Survey of policies and procedures in the area of training and development.
