Hi! I choose live my life as consciously as possible; I believe in taking responsibility for my health and happiness and aspire to tread as gently as possible in this world. Nutrition is a priority for me, as well as taking care of my body and mind through exercise such as yoga. I like to read often, with my taste varying from historical fiction to soul-provoking works. My musical taste is broad and ever-expanding; I'll play anything that puts me in a good mood regardless of the genre. I am looking to move past my comfort zone and grow physically, emotionally, and spiritually through travel.
