My name is Hector Navarro. I am a 45 year old Peruvian architect. I have a Diploma in Public Investment Projects and a Project Management Institute Certification. In addition to this, I have over 15 years of related work experience.

Over the course of my career, I have developed excellent analytical and problem-solving skills during the development of projects. I utilised elaborating tools and documents for monitoring all kind of projects, infrastructure and education specially. I am experienced in strong time management skills and the ability to deal effectively with all levels of management and staff.

I have experience related to Shopping centers construction executed under fast track technique, mining campsite construction and quality assurance in project deliverables.

Besides my professional experience involves the implementation in Environment and Sustainable, and Good Neighbour activities related to resettlement projects connected to the mining projects located in the Peruvian highlands linked to social team and local authorities.

When required, I worked as contractor remodelling office spaces for several clients that included drywall, electrical, IT, air condition, plumbing works and small constructions.

For three years more, I was a Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation representative. In my position as Programs and Projects Housing and Urban Planning Coordinator, my main responsibility was providing Temporary Housing Modules to affected families by natural disasters.

From 2015 and including 2019, my position was General Manager in a hos to backpackers located in Lima, Peru. I supported international guests with information regarding historical places, indigenous communities located in Peruvian central highlands and jungles.

From 2020 until 2023 I was contracted as Specialized in megaprojects auditor for the Office of the General Comptroller of The Republic – Peru. I were responsible for controlling and monitoring infrastructure projects related to health facilities affected by El Nino in Peru in 2017 executed under Contract NEC3.

Currently I am a volunteer in a NGO located in Turkana county, Kenya upto February 2024, so I am looking for a job or volunteering where I can follow my online master studies two days per workday at 10pm to midnight. I know cooking, cleaning, making breakfast and working like a receptionist if it´s necessary.
