Host overview
We are a family run Backpackers Hos in Stornoway, heart of the Hebrides.
The 4 Star, 26 bed Hos is owned by Christine and she runs it with the help of her parents, partner and (a little bit of help) from her young children.
After a tough couple of years, we are excited to reopen this season as normal and are looking for hardworking, friendly and reliable volunteers to help us bring back the fun and atmosphere to our lovely hos.

How we work
We ask for 20 hours work per week in exchange for free accommodation, use of all our facilities (wifi, laundry, breakfast supplies etc) and access to our 'free food' cupboard (mainly dry foods like pasta, rice, lentils, tinned food, oil, spices, onions and garlic).
Accommodation will either be in our guest dorms, treehouse or bell tent.
Most of the work is cleaning (changing beds, cleaning toilets, laundry etc) and some reception work.
