Enthusiastic, analytical, and detail-oriented graduate with a thirst for a challenge, looking to secure employment.
In my current role as a Learning and Development Coordinator, I have significantly enhanced my technical and professional skill set. This position has provided me with valuable experience in stakeholder management, communication, and leadership, all of which enable me to drive organizational change. By working collaboratively with teams, I am able to plan, track, and execute projects effectively, ensuring adherence to guidelines, deadlines, and budgets.
In my previous role as a roofing technician and laborer for the family business, I developed a variety of transferable skills that are valuable in other job roles. These include a strong attention to detail, the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
