Personal Profile:
I have experience of working in a fast paced environment, I can work well under pressure and to a deadline. I am customer focused and sociable. I am extremely organised and will aim to exceed expectations on tasks I am assigned to. I have worked in a big team so I am team orientated, I believe team work and a good relationship with the team is very important, this ensures the job is done to the highest standard. I have done some solo travelling in Europe and South East Asia, which taught me how to be independant and gave me a lot more confidence and social skills, which means I can also work well as an individual.

Work Experience:
Contiki: On Site Team Member | March 2016 - June 2016
Housekeeping, bar & kitchen work. Very fast paced environment, cleaning, cooking and bar tending for up to 150 excited travellers from all over the world. This role taught me how to be more assertive when it comes to bartending, working to a deadline and the importance of team work.

Asda: Counters Colleague | May 2014 - February 2016
This role involves face to face customer service in a fast paced busy supermarket environment, keeping to health and safety regulations, staying organised, time keeping and working in a team. This role has helped develop my confidence in dealing with customers and confidence as a whole, as well as improving my time keeping and organisational skills.

I completed the Work Ready section of this programme in May 2012; I then went on to the Customer Service Level 1 section.
I have completed the Customer Service Level 1 part of the programme, which involved learning the basic do's and don'ts of customer service, the difference between internal and external customers, how important customer service is and I also took part in work experience to fulfil
criteria to pass the course.

Interests and Achievements:
My main interests are music, film and travel. I like to explore and discover new places, I recently travelled abroad for the first time solo and volunteered at Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai, Thailand. I also went on a Contiki (Thai Island Hopper West) and had an amazing time exploring the islands and learning about the culture.

In 2012 I took part in the Princes Trust Fairbridge Programme access course. This involved travelling up to the peak district and camping, activites included rock climbing, abseiling and a navigational walk, this helped with confidence, co-ordination, communication and team building. I recieved a certificate for doing so.
