Godfrey is an experienced Development worker and a Capacity building specialist who has demonstrated the ability to work with a team of diverse professionals to new levels of success in a highly competitive and fast-paced working environment. He has an Excellent and impressive track record in community mobilization, project Management and implementation of Capacity building and Training programs for more than 12 years.

 

1. Professional Experience:

2022- To date   Operations Manager -  Romaka  Ventures  Limited

  In charge of General Management, Business Development and Strategic Management

2014 - 2021   –General Manager: Mujaasi Investments Limited

   In charge administrative duties and management of company activities which include Ware house management, supply chain supervision, business development .As a General   Manager is responsible for the day to day management of the business operation, he is in charge of the company dairy farm and sales operations

 

 

2010-2013 - Training Manager –  Ndibwami Integrated Rescue Project (NIRP)

 In charge of Training and coordination of training consultancies and Training activities

In charge of developing training modules and management of Training consultancies

 I was in charge of Training management and capacity building of staff.

 

2004 – 2009 Training Coordinators   (Rakai District Agricultural Training and Information Centre (DATIC)

·        As a Training Coordinator I was responsible for organizing all Trainings at the Centre for farmers and other trainees

·        In charge of Training module development and Training management

 

3. Professional Experience

2001 -2004 Income generating activities (IGA) manager - Kitovu Community based health care programme (CBHC)

·        Responsible for identification, appraisal selection and funding of IGAs for Community based trainers for CBHC program to help them improve their livelihoods.

·        I was responsible for Training of community facilitators and in the project to alleviate absolute poverty from their households.

·        Support supervision and monitoring and evaluation of community facilitators and Self Help Groups in the project area for sustainability of the activities.

·        I  was in charge of a rural based  credit  scheme for funding of CHW projects
