My skills
Italian born and bred and having lived in different countries, after a degree in Medieval History focusing on the agricultural economy and the rise of allotments in England, I was inspired by mine and other’s food cultures to embrace a life journey of all things edible.
A certified sommelier, with over three years in the wine industry in London, I have gradually witnessed how food is a key source of spiritual, physical and cultural empowerment on myself and the communities around me.
Over the years, I have been developing my cooking skills and have been drawn towards seasonal and locally sourced plant-based raw cuisine. Currently training as a raw food chef at Nama Artisan Foods in London.
