Duty Room attendant

§  Enter and prepare the room for cleaning. Be sure to knock door three times and the guest isn’t inside the room.

§  Trash bin need to be empty

§  Collect guest’s note such as extra laundry, ironing, towel etc.

§  Stripping and making bed

§  Dusting room and furniture

§  Replenishes amenities, guestroom and bath supplies as operational standard

§  Vacuums the carpet

§  Cleans the bathroom from top to down. Floor should be mop and dry

§  Cleans the closet then wipe and dry not wet

§  Cleans the window glass, mirror etc.

§  Ensure water for drinking and guest paper’s note is available

§  Ensure there is none spider nest or other pest inside the room

§  Re-check the closet, AC, bulb lamp etc. are in good condition

§  Report to  supervisor about guest lost and found

§  Ensure lamp, AC, TV etc. are off after cleaning done

§  Secure and lock  the room

§  Deliver dirty linen to laundry section

Duty Laundry attendant

 

§  Help room attendant collecting dirty linen

§  Sorting linen from laundry bag

§  Laundry tagging for guest laundry

§  Separating white linen out from color linen before washing

§  Counting ho linen and guest laundry items into log book

§  Spotting spot for dirty linen such as ketchup spot etc.

§  Washing the laundries, we are using nobla, clax-100, apache, softener chemicals (Unilever brand)

§  Dry linens using drying tumbler

§  Cleaning drying tumbler from dust, tiny materials, and empty the water container

§  Ironing or presser the linen

§  Report to  supervisor about guest lost and found

§  Folding ho linen and guest laundry refer to guest laundry list

§  Deliver ho linen to store room and guest’s room

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Duty Cleaner attendant

§  Cleaning the floors: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming

§  Collecting and empty trash bin, ashtray, etc.

§  Service the clients, clean, and supply restrooms

§  Report to  supervisor about guest lost and found,  usually in the rest room

§  Use proper chemicals for cleaning such as furniture and floor

§  Secure the building by lock the door after working hour

§  Monitoring electrical appliance is functionally fine

§  Help to move supply, furniture, equipment etc.

§  Trimming as needed, ensure there is none rubbish on the ground

§  Info MR and work request to  supervisor

§  Help to BBQ/Function preparation

§  A little bit pest control job to eliminate insect, rodent etc.
