Personal statement
I am 22 years old and have recently completed a contemporary crafts degree. I am a creative person and hands on learner. I work well on my own; however I am an outgoing person, helping me to work well in a team and in customer service situations, I feel this makes me well suited to working in bar and restaurant. I have experience working in busy environments. I enjoy a challenge, tackling them to the best of my abilities. i find mixing cocktails very enjoyable and find it very rewarding when I achieve something that tastes great, I have most success with my bloody Mary’s. I approach my work with a positive frame of mind and I think I’d be an enthusiastic member of any work force.
Interests
In my spare time I like to produce a lot of art work with many different mediums. I create paintings and drawing as well as sculptural work. I visit galleries as often as I can. I also enjoy festivals and seeing live music. Often I attend events including local bands. I go camping with friends and like being outdoors. I like being in interesting and creative environments. I enjoy finding and exploring new things. I am passionate about unique clothing and hair. However due to my university course I understand the importance of uniform as we wear personal protective clothing.
