             Leading a group of 80 researchers

             Recruitment of Researchers and supervising them

             Engaging provincial Government Departments to participate in the survey as respondents.

             Ensuring the quality administering of questionnaires for smooth data entry and analysis.

             Sampling the service users (members of general public) and stakeholders to have a representative data.

             Monitoring and Evaluation of the survey.

             Formulation of the survey report with recommendations.

             Holding high level meetings with Government officials to capture their views in relation to public service delivery.

9. Consultant, Inter Capital Business Enterprises, 2011

             Responsible for developing strategic marketing and sales plans

             Leading a team of Inter Capital Business Enterprises consultants with tasks to undertake consultancy business for the clients.

             Internal capacity building training and coaching for ICB employees, mentoring them to become business consultants.

             Undertake research for the clients to define the opportunities and challenges of markets.

             Formulate Business plans for proposed new investment.

             Leading a programme of Stay Alive Education Programme targeting Zambian vulnerable communities

             Serve as a Trainer of Trainers (TOT) in Stay Alive HIV/AIDS Education Programme in Zambia.

             Reporting to international Programms Director in

             Planting Stay Alive HIV/AIDS programs in Community Based Organizations and NGOs in Zambia.
