Jouney with Yoga -

I was first introduced to Yoga in 2010 and sparked off my curiosity and thereafter reveled into an amazing life journey. Yoga fostered as a reunion with my mind and body, where I also deepened the appreciation of my existence whereby unnecessary late nights and food binging habits eroded simultaneously with my daily practices.

Having inspired by the many positive benefits, I decided to take on yoga professionally. Now that I am a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga instructor, specializing in
Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga I am constantly inspired by others and hope to inspire in my own way through my classes.

My approach to yoga classes are focused yet lighthearted; dedicated to balance the students with variety of movements and postures with emphasis on the
mind, breath and body.

Transcendence Mixed Martial Arts

Design, lead and guide students through yoga postures that help improve flexibility, strength and balance.
Perform and demonstrate all yoga exercises to participants and ensure compliance to safety and health standard.
Assist participants to perform all exercises effectively.

August 2015 till Current
Freelance Private Yoga Instructor

Customise, design and guide individual students through yoga postures according to fitness levels and health statuses.
