Duties:

As senior lab technician and technical signatory my daily work consist   of, but is not limited to:

Tensile testing, bend testing, macro preparation, macro hardness testing  to  most relevant welding codes including ASME , AWS, DIN , BSEN, to  name a few, and are done to applicable procedures, standards,  methods and works instructions or as per customer requirements.
Conducting internal quality audits as a member of the auditing team, and report incidents to quality management.
Oversee maintenance and maintain a record of lab and workshop equipment logbooks.
Oversee and perform heat treatment trials as requested and assist in training and task observation of junior personnel/personnel training.
Assist with sample identification and cutting plan. Also assisting the band saw operators and workshop employees to prepare cutting list.  Third party inspections are done on a daily basis by AIA's such as Tüv, Intertek and Parsons Brinckerhoff.
Technical:          

I have been maintaining workshop equipment and general maintenance of laboratory and am a hands-on person looking for opportunity to work in EU, and I believe myself to be an asset, to any company that needs a hard and reliable worker. I am a team player and work well unsupervised, as well as under supervision. Hard working and trustworthy. I hold an EU German passport and am available to travel anywhere in the world.
