I am a newly accomplished PR & Events Executive who joined Rutland Group Limited in April 2014 to work on Wings & Wheels Air and Motoring show. I have 5 years background in s and later travelled, subsequently changing career to working within the events industry. I am experienced in the events entertainment sector since May 2013 conveying creative and innovative concepts, paired with an administrative background. I have previously worked on various events for Dash Concept Limited and Innerplace Concierge based in Central London.

Work Experience

Sept to Sept 2015 Full Time 12 month contract PR & Events Executive; Rutland Group Ltd, Dunsfold Park
Provide support in the development of Wings & Wheels by:
Responding to all business and general enquiries.
Arranging meetings, managing incoming and outgoing post, diaries, filing system, and other ad hoc administration tasks for the PR, marketing and events manager.
Project managing events and tasks as required with the support of the PR, marketing and events manager.
Maintaining accurate and up to date information in event and sales databases as appropriate.
Assisting with marketing, promotion and PR of all activities including any press launches and press facilities.
Producing written communications, including reports, updates or proposal as needed for each activity.
Attending and working event and trades shows as required.
Assisting with the creation and updating of social media, digital marketing and print communications material and literature, including event sites.
Managing event support staff (interns, temporary administrative staff and week-end event staff) in absence of the PR, marketing & events manager.
Assisting with the development if communications material and literature, such as news letters, sites, etc.
Developing and maintains relationships with Dunsfold Park tenants
Managing the Wheels Zone and every aspect under that including the Static Arena, Parades and Stunt Zone, and assisting with the Motoring Demonstrations organized by Brooklands Museum. Recruiting exhibitors, traders and entertainment.

Development, production and delivery of projects from proposals right up to delivery
Delivering projects/events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.
