Orientating athletes’ talent by assessing anthropometrical, physical and psychological characteristics. The athlete is orientated to a group of sports, where his/her personal talent matches sports demands.
Secondly, we identify talented athletes for a specific sport.
Finally, with my multidisciplinary team of strength and conditioning trainer, exercise physiologist, sport psychologist, sport nutritionist, biochemist, and the sport scientist, we collaborate to create an individualized program for each athlete through constant evaluation, reprogramming and multidisciplinary approach and cooperation.
