As a Customer Service Representative I assisted customers by scheduling reservations and renting equipment. This could include storage units, storage crates, moving trucks and vans, dollies and moving blankets, and trailers. In addition to renting such a equipment, I was responsible for cleaning and maintaining some of it. Some other duties of the job include assisting customers in finding moving supplies, selling retail items, general housekeeping, calling delinquent customers, closing the store, making deposits and operating a cash register, and various other responsibilities in the office and outside.
