I am a fast learning, motivated and fun Irish musician who also has extensive experience in the customer service field. I have graduated with a First Class Honours Bachelor of Music Degree and as a Customer Service Agent working on behalf of Heathrow Airport while I lived in London, I gained extensive experience in dealing with people. As a musician, I have performed in some of the most prestigious concert halls in Europe such as the National Concert Hall in Dublin, The Royal Albert Hall and the Royal Festival Hall in London and the Budapest Music Center in Budapest.

●      Awarded prize for highest placed brass student by the School of Music out of 30 participants in the prestigious “Advanced Recital Competition” in 2014


 


●      I was among a small of students selected from the entire School of Music student base to audition for the RTE National Symphony Orchestra Mentoring Scheme.


 


●      I was among a small of people to pass an intensive audition for the Irish Defence Forces Military Band in 2012.


 


●      Over 90% rate of attendance in my lectures in final year of College. Consistently punctual and diligent in my studies.

July 2015 – January 2017: Heathrow Airport Community Relations Officer [Anderson Acoustics Ltd.]


·       Provided responses and front desk assistance to residents living around Heathrow Airport’s enquiries regarding aircraft noise.


·       Provided in depth, relevant and accurate information about Heathrow’s operations, flight movements and policies. Required an in depth knowledge of Heathrow’s operations and aviation.


·       Assumed Team Leadership Role for a brief period in charge of training, quality control, managing a team of four people and creating custom responses.


·       Ensured a continuity of service by adhering to various KPI’s and SLA’s. Developed excellent manner and community engagement ethic


·       Highly familiar with Salesforce and ANOMS IT systems. Wrote Process Documents for these systems along with process documents for handling complaints

·   Furthered my organisational skills by being able to prioritise when it comes to booking or organising gigs. This has also allowed me to be very competent at organising finances.


·   6 years of freelance work in professional function bands and music groups. I am familiar with the process of advertising my services and delegating with clients.


·   As a self-employed piano teacher, I developed the ability to plan lessons, closely work with individuals and I developed listening and teaching skills. My communication skills were enhanced, as I had to clearly and analytically explain to the student what was required of the lesson.

Fundraising & Social Work


 


·       Co-ordinated a charity fundraiser in a local bar to raise money for various charities for the Give2Go Cycle to Picnic 2013 event. My duties included taking charge of a small committee, sourcing the venue and co-ordinating all details with the venue, handling all the donations, liaising with all the participants, and ensuring all necessary preparations were adhered to on the night.


 


·       Previously an active volunteer with the Cork based charity, Penny Dinners, which provides meals for homeless and disadvantaged people. I have experience working in a kitchen environment, where I prepared food for distribution.

About Me

I am a fun, optimistic person who has a thirst for travel and experiencing new cultures. It was this thirst which seen me travel to 10+ countries in Europe along with a trip to India earlier in 2017. I love reading, sport and of course all things music. My passion for music has brought me to travel extensively and meet some amazing people. My love of fitness brought me to complete my first Marathon in 2016 and I am always looking to see how I can develop myself as a person. I love meeting new people and experiencing new things.
