My skills
I previously work as a Case Manager for complaints, a quality assurance specialist, a Resolution Site Lead and a Team leader for a company in Australia which was based on the Philippines. I am very proficient in training and coaching individuals to reach their maximum potential in customers service, excellent skill set with Microsoft office (word, power point and excel).I am also well versed and equipped to Facilitate Internal Calibration and Meetings, Hosts Parties, Program/Team Coordinator, also I have a superior quality of experience in dealing with difficult customers and other people alike in different culture. Given my free time I work as a part time medical laboratory secretary, and with given amount of credit I use it for travel and pleasure purposes, as they say, work hard and travel harder.

About Me
I quit my job just this year to pursue personal passion, and that is, travelling the world and see it on a different lens, meeting new people and finding myself along the way. For 5 long years of working for a company I finally feel i belong more to the open grounds and not on a 4 sided walls of the office. I love long hours coffee talk with friends at starbucks, I like spotify playlist loud and sometimes at peace depending on where I am and who I'm with. I play music with my guitar and drums, some skill set i learned at church and journeying with God. I start living on my own 3 years ago when my mom passed away, It was the most outrageous decision i did that year. And by this time I think mediocre life has taken it's toll on me, I don't have my life together yet, but I'll get to that anytime soon. All the small places I've been makes me realize that there's a bigger world out there waiting for me to discover. My plea is for you to take me to places I've never been, meet new people that will surprise me and challenge me, enrich that travel bug in me to work on some projects that I though could never do,and fill my cup ( not just with alcohol ) but with new spirit and knowledge and capacity to thrive in this life.
