  commercial, charity videos, music videos, documentaries, short films and feature films since 2005.


• ▪  During my time at Serious Feather, I have gained valuable experience working across various roles within the
  
  production process. Through collaborating closely with the Director and Producers I have leveraged my expertise in casting and crewing to contribute to the success of Serious Feather's productions, while also taking on additional responsibilities in leading prospective student talent sourced from Salford University. Some key examples of my contributions include:
  o Organising travel and lodging for teams on tight budgets, ensuring efficient and cost-effective arrangements. o Utilising my keen eye for talent, I have successfully sourced and managed diverse and skilled casts and crews
  
  for a multitude of projects. This involved conducting auditions, coordinating schedules, negotiating
  
  contracts, and fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  o Displaying excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, contributing to flawless
  
  productions.
  o Conducted in-depth research and provided insights to the Creative Director on current market trends and
  
  audience preferences, resulting in the development of highly engaging and commercially successful film
  
  projects


• ▪  My responsibilities have encompassed scheduling, casting, catering, and coordinating props and shooting
  
  locations. Additionally, I have successfully managed the coordination of film crews, ensuring seamless delivery
  
  of commercial shoots and independent drama productions, even when faced with limited resources.


• ▪  Some of my key achievements were:

o Successfully completed production, marketing, and distribution of debut feature film, 'Nobody Loves You and You Don't Deserve to Exist', after years in production.

o Won over 55 international film awards and nominations, including Best Film and Best Producer.
o Secured distribution on Amazon Prime (UK/US) and Tubi (US), making the film available to over 250






million subscribers.








o Received critical acclaim and positive reviews from various media outlets, including a 5-star review from The Morning Star (London).

o Conducted interviews with the Manchester Evening News and received coverage for film screenings in the same publication.

o Worked with a film crew of 30, an Ivor Novello nominated composer, and independent actors from popular shows such as Peaky Blinders, Brassic, Coronation Street, and Hollyoaks.

o Produced & marketed a film that has been recognized as one of the best films about working-class Britain in recent years by Jacobin (New York).
