- Product Manager, Amadeus, Distribution Product Management Department, AeTM (corporate Self-Booking Tool), Sophia-Antipolis, France, 2010-2014
Product and project management for the Ho module (7MY budget /year) and the Air module (14MY budget /year)
management for the TMC Carlson Wagonlit Travel

Key achievements:
Increased the Ho bookings by 20% in 2012 and 2013 by stabilizing existing features and delivering new enhancements to the Ho module
Multiplied by 3 the ho content by implementing the aggregators HRS and into the SBT (~250,000 ho properties)
Designed and launched a new Ho product ‘Amadeus Trusted Reviews’, bringing user generated content into the SBT
Designed a new Air feature ‘Smart Search’, increasing the results’ relevancy by bringing business inligence into the search process
Enhanced the Amadeus Light Ticketing solution’s integration into the SBT, helping standardize the booking and data flow of low-cost & hybrid carriers

- Project Manager, Thomas Cook France, IT Department, Paris, France, 2007-2010
Participated in the pan-European project GLOBE (Global Leisure Operating Booking Engine), located in Germany (150 members). Objective: create a unique reservation system for all Thomas Cook Group entities
Worked on the integration of the Tour Operator Jet tours after its acquisition by Thomas Cook France: merge of the 3 TO systems, definition of new work processes, change management
Designed and launched a new e-Travel documents product (paper dematerialization)
Created a -based solution tracking all Thomas Cook France travel agencies (600 outlets)


- Product Manager, Amadeus, Hospitality Business Group, Multichannel Distribution, Sophia Antipolis, France, 2006-2007
Improved the delivery process of the hos’ images (~7000 properties) on the Amadeus platforms, via Leonardo Media, resulting in a 35% increase in properties with images
Worked on the requirements of an images delivery platform developed by Leonardo Media for Amadeus
Implemented aggregators (Tourico, Helios 24, Jacobonline, ) in Amadeus GDS and improved the content integration process
Monitored hos’ implementation on distribution channels: Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan, Pegasus, Opodo
Designed an Online Property Description Form for the Multichannel Distribution customers (hoiers)
Designed an Access Database listing the statuses of the properties being implemented. Trained the team to the tool (6 people).
Created follow-up tools for the Implementation team based in Madrid. Produced reports on the implementation growth

- Volunteer in a rescue centre for stray dogs, BAWA, Bali, April 2016 (3 weeks)
Walked the dogs staying at shelter who were rescued from the streets or the meat industry
Cuddled the puppies staying at the shelter waiting for adoption

- Volunteer in an elephants sanctuary, ElephantsWorld, Thailand, February 2016 (1 month)
Raised awareness among visitors and guide them through their stay
Cut banana trees, pineapple trees, sugar cane, harvest corn
Prepared food for the 22 elephants of the sanctuary (fruit baskets, sticky rice cooking for old elephants)
Assisted the mahouts in the care of their elephant (eg clean and moisturize elephants' foot)

- Volunteer in a wildlife sanctuary, Centro de Rescate Valle Alto, Ecuador, March 2015 (1 month)
Prepared food for the animals (eg cut and arrange fruit/vegetable, organize plates)
