• Preparing reports and evaluations for business plans and bid writing to access funding to support motor mechanics and employability skills NEET project.


• Working with JCP and internal projects to support young people to move school leavers into further education and training.


• Developing marketing and promotion material to increase engagement and create unique course.


• Working with team members and young people to build course material, engaging activities and meaningful workshops.


• Delivering AQA qualifications up to level 2 to young people.


• Managing petty cash, safeguarding, recruitment of peer educators and establishing a positive and engaging young people project.


• Actively participate and coordinate Jack Petchey awards


• Ensuring consistent and accurate administration of the project including: maintaining databases and consistent and up to date record keeping, mail merging and distribution of publicity invitations other relevant information


• Work across departments and with external organisations including: YOT, social services, local schools and employers.

• Teaching, creating, planning, developing engaging 10 week course employability course using scheme of work and session plans while embedding motivational and stimulating beneficial activities to support and develop life experiences.


• Provide and enhance personal, social and educational attainments while supporting young people and adults to access further education, training and employment opportunities.


• Proactively coordinating the project and acting as a central point of for the project team including facilitators, participants and project volunteers.


• Promoting and marketing the project to attract potential users, encouraging current learners to take ownership of the course through inclusion and empowering peer mentors to promote and encourage other young people to join.


• Actively participate and coordinate Jack Petchey awards


• Strong commitment to improving the life chances of young people who are NEET in Newham and surrounding boroughs (London)


• Implement project plans and deliver required outcomes and outputs in line with budget constraints


• Experience in dealing with and delivering training in safeguarding and health & safety matters.


• Develop and implementing peer mentoring qualifications as part of Future Links project.
