I have gained a working understanding of kitchen procedures and organisation and an awareness of legislation related to the licensing trade, food hygiene, and health and safety at work.
July 2011 - August 2011 - Conservation volunteer Forest Farm, Whitchurch, Cardiff.

November 2009 – November 2010 weekly paper round for Trinity Mirror.
This was a large paper round (over 300 houses) which had to be achieved to a tight deadline, which developed my organisational and time management skills.
July 2009 –Two weeks work experience at Halfords store, Western Avenue, Cardiff.
The work included being part of a busy team performing stock checks, maintaining the shelf stock levels and ensuring the store looked presentable.
