My skills
My full name is Carlos José Perette and I have postgraduate studies related to Law and socio-legal research. I have been working in a legal office since the nineties but I have also concluded some postgraduate studies abroad; mainly in Spain and Israel. I have learnt several languages with different level of success. English, Italian, Hebrew, Portuguese and some French are languages which I can deal with besides my mother tongue Spanish. I love cooking and I would like to work as a cooker. I am specialized in Argentine cousins and I would like to help and learn from other cooking cultures and styles. I have also been working in gardens recovering abandoned spaces and transforming them in beautiful gardens. I have been working in the reproduction of plants by stems in the last years. I like to manipulate oils and plants and create special oils through the maceration of plants in oils, alcohol and vinegar. I like singing as well and I usually participate as a vocalist in choirs, usually in the bass string but with a wide voice register. I also like teaching whatever knowledge I can share. I know how to keep a house in order and clean with some experience also in painting walls and restoring furniture.

About Me
I am a middle-aged man who has matured sorting a wide range of happy and dull circumstances and life experiences. I love traveling and at times I must work to reduce costs while traveling. At this moment I am in Europe where I have come to conclude an academic research that can extend for several months. As writing my research is very lonely and expensive, I think that working would be a good opportunity to do something useful. Working would help me to cover the expenses since I do not have financial aid to carry out my research and it also allows me to combine my studies with other tasks and meet interesting people who need help.
I read a lot but in the last years my readings have focused almost exclusively on topics directly related to my academic research. My favorite authors are Jorge Luis Borges, Cortazar, Garcia Marquez, etc. I like to walk outdoors and although I like to share with friends and colleagues, I spend a lot of time alone what I like it very much. However, I am usually very entertained in something. I often sing in choirs and I have made several gardens where I have been able to learn to treat plants, take care of them and take advantage of their properties.
