Stock control manager at Dirtbikexpress (Minehead)                                                              April 2021 - Current

-         Constantly checking stock levels and updating the system of any changes

-         Arranging stock within the warehouse so its easy to locate and access

-         Signing for deliveries and ensuring all orders were received as paid for

-        Coordinating with the buying manager to ensure stock levels are maintained

-        Coordinating with the sales teams to ensure high volume/slow moving stock receive higher levels of sales, offers and advertising.

-         Ensuring the products produced are up to standard.

-         Stopping the line and informing the line leader or engineers if there is a problem.

-         Checking lines are set up correctly before production starts and then doing regular checks once production has started.

-         Making sure all items are packed, labelled, palletized and batched correctly to ensure the highest quality of product and reduce the possibility of damaged, rejected or recalled orders.

-         Taking notes and writing reports on any issues found, possible causes, down time and action taken.

-        Travelling all around the UK and Ireland

-        Liaising with hospital patients and explained the work we would be doing.

-        Checking the integrity of the bed welds, mattresses and pillows.

-        Filling out audit forms based on findings and relayed the information to sales time, head nurses and hospital representatives.

-        Helping to remove and replace all faulty and damaged equipment found.

-        Maintaining a high level of hygiene and customer service due to the nature of the job.

-        Operating the tractor and rock picker

-        Operating the loader and ehandler

-        Ensuring the yard and sheds were clean, organized and tools were in correct place.

-        Transporting the live lobsters from the jetty to the factory

-        Providing a guided tour and information to tourists

-        Helping to fulfill daily dispatch orders.

-        Ensuring all Eskys, crates, woodchip sacks and machinery are fully stocked.

-        Working alongside the police and local councils to plan traffic routes, road closures, one way and traffic light systems.

-        Providing staff training

-        Providing customers with information and directions
