My skills

I am currently working as a Technical Sales Engineer in the machine tool sector. My current role requires that I have an excellent level of customer service, of which I am a firm believer in. In my current role I develop new business relationships, liaise with customers on design concepts, form quotations and perform contract review upon order placement. I then manage the project through to complete and oversee the design, manufacturing and assembly process.

Prior to my career in engineering I have worked in various positions within the hospitality sector including bar work and waiting/serving.
