About Me

My name is Borja de la Cierva, I'm a 25 year old from A Coruña, in the north of Spain. From a young age I've had the opportunity to learn languages and live abroad from a young age. At 15 I moved to Wisconsin for over a year, to relocate to Madrid, where I finished my studies and later on, university degree in Business Administration. I then completed a Masters in Communications in Porto, Portugal, which gave me full fluency in Portuguese. I then did an internship in Shanghai, China, at an online marketing agency called Shanghai Jungle, for 5 months. Upon my return I found a job in Madrid for a year in a digital marketing agency called Territorio Creativo.
This was my last "serious" job experience, after this year I saved money to go bagpacking around South America  for 5 months, resulting in 6 countries (Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, Costa Rica & Jamaica). A huge learning experience, which gave me time to develop many skills through volunteering and self-managing.

I'm a highly independent person, life has taught me one can adapt to almost any environment by keeping and open mind and taking part, rather than judging or rejecting what one comes across. I'm an avid reader, passionate about photography, video editting, music and human interactions. I'm positive, outgoing and contributing to any project through good vibrations, and hard work.
