Career History

• Alcomet Ltd - emarketer - March 2015 – Present

Starting my career at Alcomet in Sales Administration it became apparent quite quickly that I may be better suited to a sales based role. This meant a complete change in position within Alcomet to a emarker. My responsibilities now include growing existing company s and looking for new opportunities for the business. As well as building a rapport with regular customers I also run product and cleansing campaigns to maximise dormant customer's awareness of Alcomet. All is made via e, or through social media including LinkedIn, and Twitter. I feel this proves my ability to market through all channels. Our database is managed through Sage Act! and I am now proficient in using all of its functionality.

• Alcomet Ltd - Sales Administrator - Sept 2014 - March 2015
When joining Alcomet my role was within the admin department and consisted of supporting the sales team. I processed customer and supplier orders. I managed the sales process from the order coming in to sales, through to ensuring customer invoices were paid. I liaised with transport companies to ensure orders were delivered in the timeliest manner available. On top of the day to day admin duties such as responding to s and answering the , it also became apparent that I could assist the Managers with their s. I championed several campaigns that resulted in profitable orders for Alcomet. Due to my successes with this the company created a new department for me to work within, enabling me to focus more heavily on sales.

• Grahams Place - Supervisor - July 2013 - Sept 2014
My role at Grahams Place as supervisor came with a lot of responsibility. As well as the day to day running of the bar I was also key holder and expected to lock up after every shift as well as cashing up the tills and ensuring the premises were in perfect condition for the next person coming on in the morning. Ensuring the staff were happy and safe was also one of my duties, as well as dealing with any complaints.

• Amber Windows – Team Leader - Jan 2014 – June 2014
This was my first role within a hard sales environment. Starting out as a door to door canvasser I quickly worked my way up within the company to become a team leader due to my success rate. This involved managing a team of people, training them and keeping them motivated to ensure they hit their targets. I really enjoyed this job role and only left due to moving homes.

• Wollaston Fish Bar - Customer Service - June 2012 - June 2013
This was my first job after leaving school. In the role I took orders over the counter, served food, made sure stock levels were up and cleaned all areas of the shop ready for closing.
