Time Management & payroll:



Create new recruits and Correct anomalies, on the HRIS system.



Manage the employee life cycle (employee maternity, annual leaves, sick leave , technical unemployment etc ).



Prepare fixed and variable payroll data.



Maintain, configure and improve the time & attendance management system (configuration of schedules,

absences, holidays, tests, etc.).



Manage the IT management system (Service Now) to create request tickets and incidents.

Personnel Administration:



Collect and verify administrative records of new recruits.



Organize , file, archive employee documents.



Prepare employee documents ( work certificate , salary certificate , salary statement



Prepare weekly and monthly HR report.



Prepare the employment contracts

Employee Relations:



Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll , benefits , and personal affairs matters



Update and maintain employee record in the HR information system.



Process data in the HR system (update employee files and the company's database by

entering new information (Promotion, Departure, Transfers, etc.) on the HRIS.



Take care of HR survey related with others services.



Manage the organization charts of the structure at the system.

Talent acquisition:



Schedule interviews with candidates.



Handle onboarding & ofoarding process , including documentation and compliance

HR

Participate in the implementation of HR procedures (payroll management, onboarding and ofoarding



Manage the HR Mini Master Project.



Participate in the installation of turnstiles


