About Me
I am a calm, down to earth and reliable guy who simply likes to do things. That is why I always loved to combine traveling with helping / volunteering. Although I have an office job I am used to working physically and outside. I am reliable and like to give, but I also expect to be treated fair and find a good place to stay where I feel welcome as a person, not as a cheap worker.
I love to learn which probably is the reason that usually I have no problems to find into new fields. I know how to use my hands, I have crafting experience. Since I have a professional IT background I obviously can do computer stuff, but in my fields that means programming and architecture and management, not typical office work on MS-Windows systems.
When being part of a team or assisting someone I like to really get involved. I am not the type to stand and wait to be told what to do. I prefer to help with planning, organisation and supervising, I like to make suggestions. I am too interested in things to be the guy not to ask questions 🙂 I have no problems doing routine work for a period of time, but I also like challenges now and then. I like to get things done. It is not that important to me what it is whilst traveling.
I can teach a few things, but I am not experienced with children. Never had a real opportunity for a longer period, sadly. I have no special diet, no special needs, I lust like a good place to stay and to feel welcome. I like quiet surroundings, I like intense , only when it gets to esoteric it is not my thing any more, sorry.
