My skills
I am a young 49 (May 2015) year old man. I am very practical and have excellent problem solving qualities, working well on my own or as a team. I work as a chef and am happiest in the kitchen be it creating an intimate meal for friends or the busy hustle of a commercial kitchen creating meals to order or for mass production. I am happy to work with meat but am also able to cook to vegitarian and vegan menus.
I have built my own 2 storey 10m x 5m extension (everything bar the plaster skim coat) and am interested in permaculture and environmental solutions.

As I have said above ... plus I enjoy photography, IT, permaculture, baking (break and pastries) and I love music (although I don't play I have managed and teched a 12 piece soul band in the past as well as lots of theatre experience on the technical side.
