WORK EXPERIENCE
esales Canvasser
During this job I would private individuals by e to solicit sales for home improvements and
explain the products and answer customers' questions, as well as adjusting the sales script in order to better
target the needs and interests of specific individuals. This job provided me with a brilliant knowledge of the
processes and principles of providing customer and personal service. Also, it provided me with a great ability to
meet quality standards for services and evaluate customer satisfaction.

Sorter/Potwasher- Hampton Hire Hereford
When working for the expanding business, the job mainly consisted of sorting and cleaning cutlery, crockery,
and other catering equipment to the customer's satisfaction. The items would then be hired by various
customers, ranging from those holding small parties or weddings to bigger events such as festivals. I gained
great time keeping and organisation skills as it was a very fast-paced job that required much precision.

Waitress/Potwasher- Buckingham Inn Hereford

Duties of the job included washing cutlery and crockery, and serving food to customers at a small family pub.
From this work I gained team player skills; I was able to work with my other colleagues in a productive manner
consistently. I have also done waitressing work at weddings for companies such as Rococo Catering and
Alexander Park. From these jobs my customer service skills and communication skills were vastly enhanced by
working with such a large variety of people which led to greater productivity in my work.

Steward- Bassface Festival Peterborough

Working as a steward at Bassface festival in Peterborough, I monitored areas such as car parking and the ticket
gates. My responsibilities included answering questions, ensuring the festival runs smoothly and making sure
that the festival-goers were safe. This work experience enhanced my communication skills even further
because it required me to be vocal, helpful, and reliable. As we volunteered to work night shifts or long hours
as well as our required hours over the weekend my flexibility skills were further increased.

About Me

I live on the outskirts of wales in herefordshire- moving to Bristol in September and have a sincere interest in music and festivals; I live life with a positive mind scope- try to always see the best in even the worst of situations. I'm very up to date with what's going on in the world and take a great interest in journalism- hoping to go into journalism and media this year and i have sincere care and compassion for humanitarian problems facing us and the rest of the world in the 21st century
