As a professional Dancer, Teacher, Artist I bring to the table a multitude of skills in the field as well as an open mind unlike any other. In my full working career I have experimented with many avenues of income, while building experience in many fields. During high-school I spent my spare time working in the retail business to build communication skills and handle the exchange of product in a professional manner. Shortly after I went to Hairstyling school to learn a trade that I had been doing all my life out of necessity, which led to being a certified Barber/Hairstyler. During this time I had been working at a Quality Assurance Facility testing sites, applications, and video games. During the duration of my entire working career I have been traveling as a Breakdance instructor for both youth and adults all over the United States of America.
About Me
To begin I would like to say I'm excited to make new connections to people all over the world. My name is Alex Christy, and I work as a Dance Instructor, Artist, and a Hairstylist by trade. The best way to describe me would be an extremely curious and open minded professional looking to expand his experience in a of fields to develop a greater understanding of his passions and expertise. I'm an outgoing character that loves meeting new people and experiencing different cultures. As an American I grew up exposed to many different ways of life that lead me to a vast interest in anything outside of my social norm. On my spare time I enjoy music over most of my hobbies. I seem to always have some kind of music playing, no matter what I'm doing. I also spend a lot of my time illustrating on paper as well as on my computer. I'm lucky enough to work in my passion, so while I'm teaching a dance class, I'm enjoying myself to the fullest. I see all of my time as an opportunity to learn and have fun, so I make the most of it.
