WORK EXPERIENCE
Work Placement - Sellafield Ltd 2019-2020
Junior project manager for planning and control of small/ medium maintenance projects. Responsible for planning, resources, 3rd party engagement, and scheduling.
Construction co-ordinator managing the execution of projects on-site delivering mostly mechanical projects alongside electrical and civil work. Duties included monitoring of 3rd party work, managing to nuclear safety standards, scheduling of goods coming on and off-site, coordinating inspections, and documentation of specifications and controls.

Member of a busy team of 3-5 that prepared and served food to around 300 customers per day. Duties were to prepare food and take customer payments quickly and accuray.
Given supervisor role to organise the team to compley clean-up duties at end of every day.

Tasked with general cleaning up and tidying duties.
Took on responsibility for measuring and cutting materials to size and fitting pieces together.

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Through job roles, I have learnt how to deal poliy and professionally with a range of people from customers to team members including in a colleague theft situation that required me to act in a clear and factual manner. On my placement at Sellafield I had to quickly join teams of various skilled resources in order to deliver project and deal with 3rd party suppliers unfamiliar with Sellafield procedures.
PLANNING AND ORGANISATION
Proven organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload for both myself and the team I was supervising to ensure all tasks completed on time and at Sellafield to a specification with no margin for error.
TEAMWORK
Excellent team player, quickly able to establish rapport with colleagues, classmates and customers to build good working relationships to deliver tasks such as University Group Project course work or excellent event service.
At Sellafield was part of a team who organised a of social events at weekends for intern students. Was also part of a team who organised a charity evening raising £1500, my role was to book and organise venue, food and drinks.

PERSONAL INTERESTS
Climbing - At university climb regularly at the climbing club and when I have the opportunity, I go bouldering in Dorset and Cumbria.
Running - Keen runner and when in Cumbria undertook a of fell runs and was a member of a Sellafield construction team for a of sponsored runs.
