This effort allowed me to become the Xfactor Department Manager Assistant until promoted to Sales Channels, By that time I was in charge of 4 coworkers

From June 2017:

Promoted to: Sales Channels Management Assistant (SCMA)

• Research of Products' information and filling of HTML Templates for publishing on Amazon Platform, Content Creation according to Company Standards, This process includes ASIN Analysis for better Sales opportunities


• Coordination of HR efforts in this department to boost Listing Production and improve Quality Control


• Implementation of a very successful Task-Oriented Workflow that allowed to push any amount of work while adapting to Amazon case resolution times, this allowed us to handle the most work possible at any time and a constant interaction with our Brand Managers who could from then on see our work progress in real time as well as participating in Quality Control Rounds, boosting QC sample check quantities and Overall Listing Quality
