Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, compassionate professional, effective motivator, communicator and advocate, with inherent ability to communicate and manage many types of personalities, proactively resolve issues and achieve challenging goals. Exemplary leadership skill by successful staff development and group facilitation.

Since 2012, I have been working in human resources: recruitment, selection hiring, training and development processes that I enjoy as a organizational/industrial psychologist, but unfortunay, in the last year it became stressful and demotivating. I realized that I wanted to live a different experience, a meaningful learning and cultural exchange.
