I've been working in the best vegetarian restaurants in Dublin since 2013 until 2016, at first as a juicing chef, then at the customer service and finally as a kitchen assistant, doing veg and salad preps.
Recently I've discovered cake decorating and want to get more into that.
I have a travel blog: , I've been a leader of a scientific group, I'm writing and taking photos. Generally, I have too much energy that I'd like to utilise somehow.
