ACDEPM is a Spaniard firm which has developed the Project Management for the Construction of 9 Hospitals, as part of team of EUROGET DE-INVEST, Egyptian group which has been fully engaged with the Ministries of Health and Defense to deliver the Design, Construction, Supply and Installation of Equipment of eight Civil Hospitals and a Military Hospital for the Republic of Ghana under a FIDIC contract

Highlights:
 Project budget of $519,000,000
 Managed the schedule and budget for the 9 Hospitals
 Designed economic milestones, speeding up the subcontractors payments
 Created a master schedule, which improved the schedule tracking by 80%
