My many years of construction have created an abundance of knowledge in many facets of the field. I have worked on residential projects doing small scale work, such as, installing bulkheads, clearing land, forming and pouring concrete driveways and slabs, landscape installation, paving driveways, installing french drains, installing septic systems, and laying landscape pavers. I have also worked on large road projects, digging utilities, which include, sewer, water mains, drainage, and electrical duct banks. I have worked on large, new construction, site projects (high schools, warehouses, restaurants, hospitals, condos, townhouses, elderly homes), such projects also required sewer and drainage and water pipe utilities but also included specialty systems, such as, stormceptors, grease interceptors, retainage ponds, rain gardens, trench drains, and grinder pumps. While working in the plumbing field I have also worked in the residential and commercial sectors, where I have experience in every aspect of the field, I have installed interior water mains (copper,PEX, CPVC, Aquatherm), cast iron and PVC waste systems, acid waste systems, natural gas (welded and threaded), set and piped water heaters and flues, set finish (sinks, toilets, showers, tubs,), installed commercial kitchen equipment, installed recirculation pumps, and ejector pumps. I also have experience roofing and in carpentry. I have much experience with a vast amount of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment (compressors, generators, pumps). I also have experience in commercial fishing where I worked as a deckhand pulling and baiting traps.
